Education
Dr. Abby earned PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Master of Science in Management at Keiser University. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies at Stetson University.
Career
Dr. Abby is the Director of Student Services at Everglades University. She has coached and placed adult professionals for 13 years, as she teaches leadership and coordinates all students activities. She is also the principal scientist at EQMatch, focusing on research and content development on emotional intelligence.
Community Involvement
As President of the Florida chapter of the National Federation of Filipino American Associations, Dr. Abby started a statewide youth leadership series, with events in Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, and Port Charlotte.
As Vice President of the National Association of Asian American Professionals - Tampa, she helped revive the chapter after the pandemic and is quickly building a strong network.
As Senior Vice Chairman of the Philippine Cultural Foundation, Dr, Abby founded the Youth Advisory Board to empower Filipino youth to become leaders.
